What Is Javi?
Javi is a social mobile network, Javi enables you to stay in touch as it enables you to send free text messages, capture and send free multimedia to your Javi friends and soon you will be also calling and chatting with your Javi friends for free where ever they are in the world.
Will Javi charge me?
Javi is Free, Javi charges you nothing! For sending messages to your Javi friends, Javi messages are routed over the internet rather than the mobile network, you need only pay your regular service provider for the internet connection costs.
Are all carriers supported by JAVI?
All carriers are supported as Javi is an internet mobile community that is independent of geographical or operators’ limitation, as long as the user has an internet service enabled on his handset, he/she will be able to use Javi where ever he/she is.
What should I have to start using Javi?
To use Javi, you should make sure that your device has the following features:
It must be Java-enabled
You must have some kind of data plan, mobile Internet, such as GPRS or UMTS (not just a WAP Service).
What type of connection does Javi needs GPRS or WAP?
Both connection types are valid but Javi recommends a GPRS connection as its much cheaper than WAP data services connection type, and that because the Wap settings use a CSD a circuit switched dialup service, usually charged at a constant rate regardless if there is traffic or not but the GPRS is only charged every time you load a page (intimate traffic exchange) so consequently its much cheaper.
How can I download Javi to my phone?

3. You will receive an SMS.
4. Open SMS and click on the link.
5. Download Javi to your phone.
6. Install Javi.

How can I receive Facebook Notifications through Javi?
To be able receive facebook notification and alerts on Javi you should enable this feature:
1. Login with your Javi account.
2. Click the Generate Facebook Key button.
3. You will be directed to facebook; login to with your facebook account.
4. Click Generate, a code will be promoted; copy the code.
5. Return to www.myjavi.com .
6. Define your mobile number and PIN code.
7. Paste the code you obtained from Facebook, in Facebook Key empty input field.
8. Now, launch Javi on your mobile. Go to Social Networks.
9. Scroll to select Facebook.
10. You will find your facebook alerts displayed.
How can I set which facebook Alert I want to receive?
1. Launch Javi on your mobile.
2. Go to Social Networks screen.
3. Scroll to Facebook and press the fire key to select.
4. Choose Options> Manage Notifications.
5. You can choose up to 4 notifications types that you can receive on your mobile.
How Can I configure my mobile Wap or GPRS settings to connect to the internet?
You need to make sure that you are already subscribed to an internet service with your operator.
Each Handset model and operator has a different GPRS setting to enable internet connection.

How can invite my friends to use Javi?
You can invite your friends to join Javi in so many ways:

Make sure that you defined your mobile number correctly in the following format:

I've received the sms, how do I install Javi?
1. Open the received sms from your Inbox.
2. Click on the link to download Javi.
3. Choose a connection to connect to the internet
4. When download is finished; you will be prompted to download Javi.
5. Choose Yes, choose to where you intend to save Javi.
6. When installation is finished.
7. Go to your application folder, launch Javi.
What happens after installation?
1. After installation is finished; you need to exit your Inbox.
2. Go to your phone main menu.
3. Open the application folder: My Own, My Applications, or any location you determined in the installation process.
4. Scroll to find Javi application icon, press the fire key to open and start using Javi.
Can I use my Javi account on other mobiles?
Yes, you can use your Javi account from any Device with a condition that when you installed it for the first time, you got authenticated with the same SIM card, then you can change it.
What happens when I get a new mobile phone number?
In this case, you should remove Javi application from your mobile, and then reinstall Javi in the login page, enter your new mobile number and press Register, fill up your profile and start using Javi with your new mobile number.
How can I change Javi language to Arabic?
Open Javi on your mobile, choose Options> Settings; scroll to select النسخة العربية and press the fire key to change language.
